Salary:
€14.50 – €16.00 Per Hour + benefits
Permanent, Full-time
39 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care to residents.
- Motivate and support care assistants, and supervise assigned shifts.
- Assist new residents and help them feel welcome and secure.
- Organise daily work plans with nursing staff.
- Support all aspects of residents’ daily living-washing, dressing, toileting, dining, social activities and companionship.
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in healthcare (or equivalent)
- 2+ years’ experience in elder care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong supervisory and motivational skills
- OR Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare -related Degree
